Every order from Resin HeART UK is carefully packaged and sent with love. Below you'll find all the details you need about shipping times, costs, and delivery methods.
Processing Time- Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
- Custom or personalised items may take longer—this will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.
- I’ll always do my best to get your order out as quickly as possible!
UK Shipping Only
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail or EVRI (2nd Class or Tracked, depending on the item size and value).
- Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after despatch.
- You’ll receive a notification when your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination.
- Occasionally I offer free UK shipping promotions—keep an eye on my socials!
Incorrect Addresses
- Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. I can’t take responsibility for items lost due to incorrect address details provided by the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived or has arrived damaged, please contact me within 7 days of expected delivery. I’ll do everything I can to help resolve the issue, and may ask for a photo to help with postal claims.
Returns & Exchanges
At Hand to Home by Cathy, I want you to love your handmade pieces just as much as I loved creating them. If you’re not completely happy with your order, I’ll gladly accept returns under the conditions below.
Returns Accepted
I accept returns if:
- You contact me within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is returned in its original, unused condition.
- You return the item within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Non-Returnable Items
I do not accept returns on:
- Personalised or custom-made items (unless they arrive damaged or faulty)
- Items returned in a used or damaged condition
Refunds
- Once I receive the returned item and check it’s in perfect condition, I’ll issue a refund for the item cost (excluding original postage). Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email me at [insert your email] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- A quick reason (so I can keep improving)
- I’ll guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, I’m so sorry! Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and I’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
